Dear friends 

As you know we are holding our AGM this year on Tuesday 18 February at the Maseru starting at 12.15 pm followed by lunch. In the last email we sent you the invitation, along with the list of our future events. We are now sending you the agenda, annual accounts and minutes of the last AGM held a year ago for approval at the meeting.

Members’ Invitation

Dear Friends

On Tuesday 18th February 2025 we will be holding our AGM for the year ending 31 December 2024 in the restaurant of the Masaru Hotel in La Paz. Booking will start at 12.15 and the meeting at 12.45.

To attend and vote at the meeting all members will need to be up to date with their membership subs. (20 euros).

We will be collecting payments for lunch and membership subs for 2025 at the entrance to the meeting. After the meeting lunch will be at 13:30 for members who wish to stay at a cost of €25.

At the meeting we will be voting in our new committee members and hopefully a new president because this year Jean is resigning for health reasons.

If anyone is interested in becoming our president or just joining the organizing committee, please let us know by WhatsApp or email before 10 February 2025.

By the way, we are also looking for volunteers to help with our stall at the church carboot.
