Annual General Meeting 2026
Members Invitation
Dear Friends,
On Friday 20th February 2026 we will be holding our AGM for the year ending 31st December 2025 in the Hotel Masaru, Puerto de la Cruz.
Booking in from 12.00hrs for payment of subscriptions and the lunch. The meeting will start at 12.30hrs.
After the meeting we will stay in place for the Buffet lunch at 13.30hrs, non-members are welcome to attend. The price of the Buffet is 25€ for members and 27€ for non-members.
To be able to attend and vote at the meeting, all members will need to be up to date with their membership dues for 2025. We will be collecting payments for the lunch and membership Subs for 2026 at the entrance to the meeting and lunch.
At the meeting we will be voting in our committee. There are currently no vacancies on the committee, but those interested in joining in the future may express their interest to the president at cheryl6921@hotmail.com.
